What is Included

Meeting and Pickup

You can head directly to your preferred meeting point, or request pickup.

Meeting points and Pickup points are available a selection when you reserve.

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

The pick-ups will start approximately at 4am.

The exact pick-up place and time will be confirmed the day before the tour.

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
• An additional fee is required for the use of video camera at the site. The fee depending on the device and must be paid directly on site on the day of the tour

• All visitors to Chichen Itza need to pay a local tax of 35 USD per adult, 5 USD per child.
• We care about your safety and we guarantee a safe route by toll road to Chichen Itza.
• Infants must sit on laps
• Most travelers can participate
• Mexicans, students, teachers, and children have a discount on the Chichen Itza tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 35 travelers

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
