Snorkel through the coral reef in the Caribbean Sea, visit the Tulum archeological site, and swim in a cenote, then explore a limestone cave and take a jungle walk. This tour includes entrance fees, a buffet lunch, and door-to-door transport from hotels in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

Meeting and Pickup

Pickup details Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour. Note: if you are on a Private Residence, Hostel or B&B accommodation, we will do our best to collect you there or by a nearest meeting point. Once your purchase is complete, we will organize the pick-up arrangements.

Pick ups from Cancun from 06:00 am – 07:00 am,

Pick ups from Playa del Carmen 07:00 am – 08:00 am,

Pick ups from Tulum round 09:00 am

• Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
• Bring a towel, change of clothes, wear a swimsuit and a hat, sunglasses and comfortable sandals.
• Note: Biodegradable sunblock (should be applied at your hotel before boarding the transportation and when water activities end)
• Not wheelchair accessible
• It is not permitted to touch the coral or marine life.
• Stroller accessible
• Money for souvenirs, pictures and tips (cash only)
• Not recommended for people who are physically challenged, those who suffer with cardiac, respiratory or back problems, ailments that lead to loss of consciousness, hydrophobics, pregnant women, children under 4 years nor people who do not have basic swimming skills (for aquatic activities)
• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate.

• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions

• Remember to bring cash for the Marine Wildlife Conservation Bracelet. $15Usd per person, Payable in cash at the pickup time Children age 0-11 year can be asked an ID as proof of age.

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather.

If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
