Overview

Learn about the flavors and ingredients of Aztec, Mayan and Mexican cuisine on this intimate tour in a local’s home.

Under the tutelage of your host, prepare a 3-course meal—soup, main, and dessert—along with homemade salsa and tortillas.

You’ll also sample and learn the proper way to taste mezcal. Afterward, share the meal you’ve prepared with your hosts and new amigos.

Starter

Guacamole Prepared, with tomatillo, chili serrano, cilantro, avocado and garlic, happy to share with you my abuela secret to keep it fresh and green.

Main

Tacos al Pastor Thin pork loin strips, marinated with 3 chiles, species, achiote, orange and pineapple fresh juice; served with grill pineapple, cilantro and salsa.

Dessert

Three milk and creme cheese jelly. Light and easy dessert, perfect for hot days.

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather.
