If your service is from the Cancun International Airport to hotels, we have a very benevolent waiting time of two hours after the plane has landed. If your service is from a hotel to the airport, our units will always be on time for you and we have a waiting time of 20 minutes.

We offer you private transportation from to and from any hotel or private address in downtown Cancun, Cancun Hotel Zone and Moon Palace

Please notice this service is ONLY for Cancun Area, if you want to book to Playa del Carmen or Tulum destinations, you need to change for the correct product. As soon as we receive your reservation we will be confirming it immediately according to the desired vehicle. When your plane lands, we kindly ask you to communicate via WhatsApp with our operations staff. Leaving the terminal, our Dantia Luxury Services staff will be waiting for you in a black uniform with the Dantia Luxury Services logo and a palette with our logo. Cancelation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
